AVAILABIITY & TIMING

Beef packs are prepared in scheduled batches throughout the year.

When ordering, please select your preferred month for your beef pack to be ready. If your timing is flexible, choose “Next Available Delivery” and we’ll allocate your order to the next available batch.

If you need your beef pack by a specific date, please let us know in the order comments at checkout. While we can’t guarantee all dates, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request and will contact you if there are any issues.

DELIVERY & COLLECTION

Items are transported by a Meat Safe–accredited company in refrigerated trucks to the following destinations:

• Victoria-wide

• Select postcodes in QLD, NSW, and ACT

You will be prompted to enter your delivery address during checkout, where you can confirm whether your postcode is eligible for delivery.

Free collection from Rosedale Butchers is also available.

PACK SIZE

The whole beef pack offers approximately 200kg of prime Gippsland Angus beef, carefully selected from the whole carcass to give you a versatile mix of cuts. It’s ideal for larger families, those who entertain often, or anyone looking to stock up on high-quality beef,

CUSTOMISE YOUR PACK

Once your order is submitted along with the $100 non-refundable deposit, you will be provided with a cut preference form to customise your pack to your needs. This ensures you receive the mix of cuts that best suits your household and cooking preferences.

CRYOVAC SEALED FOR FRESHNESS

The whole beef pack is cryovac sealed to ensure optimal storage and shelf life. Your order will arrive in 12 x 32L Chilltainer storage boxes, making it easy to store and organise. Once portioned, you will need around 400L of freezer space to store your beef comfortably.

HOW ORDERING WORKS

1. Place your order with a $100 non-refundable deposit.

2. The remaining balance is payable via invoice once your delivery date is confirmed.

3. An animal will be assigned to you, and you will be provided with an estimated collection or delivery date.

4. If there are any changes to this date, you will be kept updated.

5. As your delivery date approaches, a reminder will be sent so you know your order is arriving soon.
